Frequently asked questions

Q: What surfaces does your company Pressure Wash?
A: We pressure wash almost all exteriors surfaces such as concrete siding, metal siding, wood siding, vinyl siding, brick, stone, concrete slab, wood decks etc.

Q: What is the difference between Pressure Washing and Soft Washing?
A: Pressure washing is a common technique that is used to clean homes, brick, siding, walkways, decks, and driveways, to name a few. It also relies on the pressure of the water to break down and wash away dirt, grime, mold, and other difficult to remove substances.
By using high-powered equipment, a stream of water is forcefully projected in a controlled flow that knocks out dirt and gets an area or surface looking like new instantly. Because of the intensity of the water being released, it is not meant for all surfaces or areas and cautions should be observed. However, most of the time, when power washing cannot be used, a soft wash could be the ideal option.

Soft washing is a type of power washing that is not as rough and abrasive on surfaces, using a pressure level below 1,000 PSI. This method of cleaning uses a special nozzle that is attached to a pressure washer which reduces the speed and force of the water that comes out of the machine.
Unlike pressure washing or power washing, the water is not directly used to clean the surface. Instead, soft washing uses a cleaning solution, which is applied to the area that needs cleaning. After the solution has been applied, the soft wash is used to clean and remove the cleaning chemicals from the surfaces. This gives the cleaning solution time to seep into the tiny cracks and the surface itself providing an even deeper clean than power washing.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Cash, Credit Card and Check for payment.

Q: How much do you charge for Pressure Washing?
A: There are many factors that influence the cost of a power washing job such as square footage, type of surface, how high off the ground the surface is, how soiled the surface is as well as many more items. A basic wash for a small home starts around $200 and may go up depending on the factors mentioned above. The best way to know for sure is to contact us and let us give you a quote for your particular needs.

Q: How often should you wash your Home / Building / Concrete?
A: Some people schedule regular washing for their houses, commercial buildings and concrete but there is really no fixed timeframe on how often you should do this. Whether your home, building or concrete require a power or soft wash depends on the situation. Weather and other factors can affect the state of your house, buildings and hard surfaces.
All in all, it is pretty hard to “overwash” a home, building or concrete. Having a trusted company come and have a look to ensure a wash would be a good solution for your building or hard surface is the best thing a home or business owner can do.

Q: Does a house wash come with window cleaning?
A: No, during a house wash we will spray the windows with the same solution that is used to clean the siding, and then we will rinse them, but there may be some streaks left over. If you would like to have your windows professionally cleaned we can offer a bundle with a house wash.

Q: What is included in a house wash?
A: A basic house wash will include exterior vertical walls below the gutter line of the home. It does not include Roofs, Gutters, Walkways, Patios, Driveways, Decks etc. We would be happy to give you a quote for those surfaces, but they are not included in a basic house wash.
